Pastor Chris Ortego came to Northwest Park in April of 2022. He has been in the ministry for over 30 years and has served as a pastor for 17 years. He is a Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary graduate in Fort Worth, Texas, and is working on his Doctor of Ministry through Liberty University.  He and his wife, Brenda, have two daughters, five grandchildren, and one great-grandson. 

Reverend Samuel Godoy has been with NWPBC since March of 2022. He is currently studying communication with a focus in public relations at the University of Texas at San Antonio. Samuel is also an active student leader within the San Antonio Baptist Student Ministry. Before working at NWPBC, Samuel worked at a Christian wilderness camp as a facilitator. Samuel enjoys reading and studying theology, writing, and spending time outside.
